MC Building Chemicals

We were contacted by MC chemical to help improve productivity and a manual handling risk as the procedure of filling a barrel with one of their ‘sand-like’ products was quite labor intensive.

We made the proposal of a raised Stainless Steel hopper. As seen from the photo the solution we proposed was accepted, fabricated and installed onsite.

The Hopper not only eliminated the Manual handling risk but improved productivity from 1 fill of a barrel per hour to 8 barrels every 45 minutes.
